Instrument outages:
The veg wetting instruments are no longer supported. They will not be
replaced as they fail.

The Thorsby station took a direct lightning strike on 6/12/2011.
Damage is extensive. Estimated time of repair is unknown at this time.

The Hazel Green station returned to service on 10/07/2011.

The Grand Bay station was destroyed by T.S. Lee. Estimated time of
repair is unknown at this time.
